Introduction
Nitro League is P2E Blockchain racing game. a decentralized game where the community can earn tokens by racing futuristic cars competitively or exploring the many in-game missions.
My Task
In this project, my primary objective was to revamp and elevate the user experience of the website's home page, aiming to boost both conversion rates and user engagement. The redesign was a result of a comprehensive iterative process, continuously testing and refining until achieving significant improvements.
Problem
The old design served its purpose during the pre-launch phase, targeting investors effectively. However, it fell short in terms of user-friendliness, posing challenges for the general audience. Recognizing the need for improvement, I embarked on a redesign journey to create a more user-centric experience that not only appeals to investors but also caters to the broader user base.
Proposed Solutions
These days people have less time to go through whole website’s content & always expect something new, after comprehensive research and competitor analysis i proposed to incorporate a short video in the hero section to provide visitors with a quick insight into our offerings
The proposed solution of incorporating a short video in the hero section & has brought about numerous benefits for the website.

• it offers visitors a quick and engaging way to grasp the essence of our offerings, immediately capturing their attention.
• Video establishes an emotional connection with users, fostering a deeper understanding and trust in the brand.
• This addition has significantly increased the time users spend on the home page, indicating higher levels of user engagement.
• The video has proven to be an effective tool in conveying the key value propositions and unique selling points, influencing potential      customers positively in their decision-making process.
Outcomes
The impact of the redesign has been remarkable for team, company & users , with significant improvements in key metrics. Bounce rates have notably decreased, indicating a higher level of user engagement and interest. Moreover, the website's conversion rates have experienced a substantial boost, contributing to the astonishing success in the market. Conversion rates have witnessed a substantial boost in the market with $75000 raise in 6 mins Building on this momentum, the platform reached an impressive milestone of $5 million in just 20 days, further solidifying its position as a standout success story. The website's enhanced user experience, coupled with the compelling value proposition, played a crucial role in securing such substantial funding during its first funding round.
